Baskets are delivered by courier or parcel force to all areas of mainland UK (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm).
Pebble Baskets & Gift will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt (on week days only), or for a specific date. Orders must be received by 12 noon to enable this. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands will take approximately 2-6 days.
Please note, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
We require a delivery address with full postcode to assist with successful delivery. A signature is required on receipt so we advise that the gift basket be delivered to an address where someone will be in. If there is no one available to sign for it then our couriers will leave a card with details of how to arrange re-delivery.
Deliveries to a hotel, business or hospital address will be to a central delivery point or main reception area, and not necessarily to the named recipient. Please note we cannot be held responsible once the basket has been delivered.
We send all of our baskets by traceable service and can usually obtain the name of the recipient and time of delivery. However, Pebble Baskets & Gifts responsibility is complete once the basket has been delivered and signed for. In the event of a basket being returned to us by the delivery company, a charge will be made for re-delivery. PAYMENT & SECURITY Pebble Basket & Gift provides a secure payment system. Payment can be made online using protocol 128bit secure server SSL(Secure Socket Layer), the strongest commercially available level of encryption. This ensures that customer details cannot be accessed by any unauthorized person. Credit card payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Delta, American Express, Switch & Solo.
Pebble Baskets & Gifts also accepts payment by cheque. Please telephone us on

All gift baskets must be paid for in full before dispatch.
PRICE
Pebble Baskets & Gifts aims to offer customers an efficient gift basket delivery service based on high quality products and value for money. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, we reserve the right to withdraw the item at that price. We will inform the customer of the correct price and give them the choice whether to proceed with the order. We reserve the right to substitute the contents of gift baskets for items of similar value if those shown on the website are unavailable.
All transactions on this website are conducted in British Pound Sterling (£). Prices for Goods exclude VAT but include standard packaging.
All goods remain the property of Pebble Baskets & Gifts until paid for in full.
CUSTOMER CARE
We want our customers to be happy with their Pebble Basket or Gift. If any items in your gift basket are faulty or damaged then please contact us by phone on
0141 571 0016 or by email sales@pebblebasketsandgifts.co.uk within 3 days and we’ll replace them. Damaged goods should be returned to us within 7 days for replacement or refund and we will also refund your postage where appropriate.
We cannot sell or deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
